1. Rates in Philippine Peso are inclusive of 10% service charge, VAT and Local government tax.

7. Booking revisions & adjustment should be arranged and approved by Reservations Office.
8. Guaranteed bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date shall incur the room charges equivalent to one night stay.
9. A “No Show” shall incur the room charges for the entire stay as stated in the booking.
10. An “Early Departure”, shall incur an additional room charge equivalent to one night stay if in case the booking is not yet fully paid.
11. Change of arrival dates will not incur any additional charges if done 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
12. As a general rule, card holder should present during the credit card transaction and is the only once allowed to make such transaction.
